This steamer is everything I hoped it would be. I had been using a small portable hand-held model for about a year, creeping along with only being able to steam maybe 3 articles of clothing at a time before having to stop & refill.
I purchased the Jiffy Steamer after having gone through Rowenta steamers. Both of my Rowentas lasted a year. I love the Jiffy. It is sturdy and well-made. The pole that holds the steamer arm is much more solid than the Rowenta.
It heats up quickly and delivers substantial steam. The only problem is that the cord is a little short. I would recommend Jiffy Steamer J-2000 Steamer.
