Microplane Grater , Microplane Zester , Microplane Grater/ZesterI never thought I’d care about a grater but I love this one! I bought it so that I could hold it & grate parmesan cheese over pasta. I was afraid that would be too difficult to do but it works great. It’s very easy to hold.
The teeth are very sharp and the cheese grates into beautiful little curls. I highly recommend this grater.
It’s easy to clean and comes with an acrylic protective cover. We also bought it for zesting but haven’t gotten around to that, yet.
Microplane also makes a box grater that is supposed to be really good but it’s pricey. Still, I plan to buy one soon. Read More Description…
