I first found out about this pressure cooker when I barrowed a friends to can some veggies! Now I own my own and have for many years. This canner is always dependable. Most pressure cookers require a rubber gasket; with this one you will never get caught with a canner full of jars only to find that your gasket has failed and you are going to have to search the town for the right rubber gasket.
