I just received my set of cookware today and cooked my first meal in them…I loved every minute of it. I researced a lot while deciding which set of cookware to get and I am so happy I choose the American Kitchen set.
I had no problems with any of the food sticking and I was very impressed with the browning of the chicken I cooked. The pans heated evenly and retained the heat well. Plus they were very easy to clean, just a quick wash by hand with soapy water.
