For the past few years I have convinced myself that I did not need a food processor. I finally caved in and purchased this model. I love it.
So far I have made a dip and a seafood ravioli filling. This machine is very powerful, yet quiet. It is the quietest food processor I ever seen.
I recommend Cuisinart DLC-10S Food Processor and feel for the price it is a good value. It is a good size for 2-4 people. If you have a large family and cook for a lot of people I advise that you purchase the larger 11 cup version.
