I bought this scale over a year ago, primarily for use in crafts, but I’ve recently taken up cooking in a serious way and it has made its way into the kitchen with me. It’s absolutely fabulous, whatever I’m using it for. The tare feature, in particular, is wonderful, as is the ability to jump from imperial to metric units at will. I’ve been delighted since I first opened the box.
I tend to categorize purchases in my head as “sorry I bought it”, “not sorry I bought it”, and “great buy”. Escali Primo Digital Multifunctional Scale was definitely a “great buy”.
