I ordered this one as a new install. It was a very easy install. I did have to make a trip to the plumbing store for a couple of pipes but otherwise it was flawless and the operation is very quiet and the grind is great no matter what I put into it.
You cannot do better for the money. I would buy another one if I needed to. This unit so quiet that you can barely hear it when it is doing its job. It runs super smooth, so there are no vibrations making the sink rattle as it used to with my old basic Insinkerator.
